BOROUGH OF ELMWOOD PARK
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
The Borough of Elmwood Park will be undergoing a mandatory Revaluation of all property assessments for tax year 2026. The Borough Tax Assessor will host a public information session for residents and property owners on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The session will take place in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall at 6:00pm. Appraisal Systems, Inc., the revaluation firm contracted by the Borough of Elmwood Park along with Elmwood Park Assessor Kevin M Esposito, CTA, will offer a full presentation designed to inform property owners of all aspects of the revaluation process along with a q and a session.
