All applications are located in the Police Department lobby or at the Main Police Desk; some may be available for downloading on this site. All checks are to be made payable to the Borough of Elmwood Park. Temporary Handicapped Parking Permits may be obtained from the Chief's Secretary. Reports are not faxed.

Accident Reports: (2 copies) $1.00

Garage Sales: $10.00 (two sales allowed per year)

Letter of Good Conduct: $15.00

Solicitor's Permit: $25.00 cash, check or money order, payable to "Borough of Elmwood Park". Need two color passport-type photos. Finger prints to be completed by MorphoTrak Application #NJAPS2.

Peddler's Permit: $50.00 cash, check or money order, payable to "Borough of Elmwood Park". Need two color passport-type photos. Finger prints to be completed by MorphoTrak Application #NJAPS2.

Discoveries: $0.75 per page/first 10 pages, $0.50 per page/next 10 pages, $0.25 per page thereafter; $0.25 mailing charge

Dumpster Permits: $50.00. Must provide Certificate of Insurance naming Borough of Elmwood Park as additional insured.
